Delete Your ClassZ Account

If you wish to delete your ClassZ account, you can do so directly through the ClassZ mobile app. Please follow the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. 1Open the ClassZ app.
  2. 2Go to Settings.
  3. 3Tap "Delete Account".
  4. 4Confirm the deletion.

Important Information

Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed. This includes your subscription information, purchase history, Zing credit balance, class enrolment records, child profiles, performance feedback, and any other stored user data. This action cannot be undone.
